Acceptance

After the search within yourself after knowing yourself, knowing your fault then you ask yourself what is the next step?, what can I do to get better?.

Some people Know their problems but they are always in denial telling themselves what they want to hear. they keep saying "I can change anytime I want", "I am not an addict", "I am not a procastinator". they keep telling themselves what they want to hear "it's just a little problem I can change anytime I want", I can become better. but, deep down they know it's a lie.

 you've done it, quit sitting and regretting, stop telling yourself you will stop then end up doing it over again. sometimes people would try to change but they will keep ending up where they started and also sometimes self hatred starts and sometimes some people get tired of feeling guilty and they just stop feeling it. giving their selves excuses about what they are doing being ok. but deep down they know what they are doing is wrong but they just ignore it covering it up so that they wouldn't feel pain.

It's ok to have flaws but when you let your wrong doing outweighs the right to live that's when you start crumbling.
So the next step after knowing your yourself (your flaws) is acceptance, you have to accept what you have done even if is regretable. You've done it so now is time to get over it, it's time break the loop you've put yourself in.

Your actions in any part of your life should not determine your future. Accept it and move forward you have to push and move forward.
